decided shift towards becoming buyers markets. While homes with all the
right "in demand' features such as view, pool, location, number of rooms,
finish, and garage spaces continue to see appreciation of 10-15% on an
annual basis, those homes that are missing some of these "in demand"
features are either sitting unsold, or selling below last year's sale
prices.
